Although we had some issues with the camper van itself (Bailey 68-2), the reception and assistance that we had from the staff was excellent. From reception to being shown around the camper and on return, where we highlighted some issues, the attitude of the staff was great. I rented a motorhome from Days for a long weekend with my cousin who is in a wheelchair. The staff were very helpful and considerate … We did have a problem with the glass safety screen for the cooker, which shattered … we had thought that we would be charged for this, however the staff at Days … did not charge us. Would definitely use Days again.

Excellent service! Had a slight issue with the water while in Northumberland but a few calls to Dean in Swansea and it was quickly sorted. Spent two weeks traveling up and around the North and Scotland and the motorhome didn't miss a beat! All in all a great holiday and will definitely hire from Day's again!
